باختصار: نجمع اللي نحتاجه عشان يشتغل حسابك ويبقى لك وحدك. ما نبيع بياناتك، وما فيه إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

من نحن

مدار (madaar.live) أداة مذاكرة مستقلة لطلاب السنة الأولى في الدراسات التطبيقية، وغير تابعة لجامعة الملك سعود. للتواصل معنا: «راسل الإدارة» داخل التطبيق، أو «تواصل مع الإدارة» في صفحة الدخول.

البيانات اللي نجمعها

• الحساب: اسم المستخدم، الاسم اللي تكتبه، كلمة المرور (محفوظة مشفّرة ولا نقدر نشوفها)، الرمز المرجعي، وحالة اشتراكك وتاريخه.
• اللي تسويه أنت: التظليلات، الملاحظات اللاصقة، الرسومات، العلامات، التذكيرات والإعدادات. نحفظها في حسابك عشان تتزامن بين أجهزتك.
• الاستخدام: أي محاضرة أو بطاقات أو اختبار فتحته ومتى.
• الأجهزة والأمان: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، الأجهزة المسجّلة في حسابك (جهازين كحد أقصى)، محاولات الدخول، والأحداث الأمنية.
• الطلبات: طلب الاشتراك وملاحظتك وحالة رابط الدفع. الدفع نفسه يتم في صفحة مزوّد الدفع، وما نشوف ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك.
• رسائلك للإدارة: نص الرسالة والاسم اللي كتبته.

ليش نستخدمها

• عشان يشتغل مدار وتتزامن ملاحظاتك.
• عشان يكون المحتوى للحسابات المشتركة فقط، والحساب لطالب واحد.
• للحماية: إيقاف المحاولات المشبوهة وحظر المسيئين.
• عشان نرد على رسائلك ونفعّل اشتراكك.
• عشان نعرف وش المفيد في المحتوى ونحسّنه.

جهات خارجية

• Cloudflare: الاتصال بالموقع يمر عن طريقها.
• hCaptcha: تحقق ضد البرامج الآلية عند الدخول والتسجيل والتواصل من الموقع العام.
• Google Fonts ومواقع تحميل المكتبات (CDN): الخطوط وبعض الأدوات تتحمّل منها، فتشوف عنوان IP حقك.
• Google Translate: فقط لما تستخدم «ترجمة»، النص اللي حددته ينرسل لقوقل.
• Telegram: الإدارة تستقبل تنبيهات الطلبات والرسائل على تيليجرام، وفيها اسم المستخدم ونص رسالتك.
• مزوّد الدفع: اللي يفتح لك رابطه.
• أزرار ChatGPT وClaude وGemini تفتح المواقع هذي فقط، وما ينرسل لها شيء إلا إذا اخترت أنت.

التخزين والحذف

بياناتك محفوظة في خادم مدار طول ما حسابك موجود، وسجلات الأمان ممكن تبقى فترة أطول لحماية الموقع. تبي نحذف حسابك وبياناتك؟ راسل الإدارة ونحذفها.

الكوكيز والتخزين في المتصفح

نستخدم كوكي جلسة عشان تبقى مسجّل دخول (حتى ٣٠ يوم)، والتخزين المحلي في متصفحك للإعدادات ونسخة من ملاحظاتك. hCaptcha ممكن تحط كوكيز خاصة فيها.

حقوقك

تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عن طريق «راسل الإدارة».

In short: we collect what your account needs to work and to stay yours. We don't sell your data, and there are no ads or advertising trackers.

Who we are

Madaar (madaar.live) is an independent study tool for first-year Applied Studies students. It is not affiliated with King Saud University. To reach us, use "Contact the admin" in the app, or on the sign-in screen.

What we collect

• Account: username, the name you enter, your password (stored hashed; we can't see it), a reference ID, and your pass status and dates.
• What you create: highlights, sticky notes, drawings, flags, reminders and settings, saved to your account so they sync across your devices.
• Usage: which lectures, cards and quizzes you open, and when.
• Devices and security: IP address, browser and device type, the devices registered to your account (two at most), sign-in attempts and security events.
• Orders: your pass request, your note and the payment-link status. Payment happens on the payment provider's page; we never see or store your card details.
• Messages to the admin: what you write and the name you give.

Why we use it

• To run Madaar and sync your notes.
• To keep the content for paid accounts, with one student per account.
• For security: stopping suspicious attempts and banning abuse.
• To answer your messages and activate your pass.
• To see which content helps, and improve it.

Other services involved

• Cloudflare: traffic to the site passes through it.
• hCaptcha: an anti-bot check on sign-in, sign-up and contact from the public site.
• Google Fonts and code CDNs: fonts and some tools load from them, so they see your IP address.
• Google Translate: only when you use "Translate"; the text you selected is sent to Google.
• Telegram: the admin receives order and message notifications on Telegram, including your username and your message.
• The payment provider whose link you open.
• The ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini buttons only open those sites; nothing is sent to them unless you choose to.

Storage and deletion

Your data is kept on Madaar's server for as long as your account exists; security logs may be kept longer to protect the site. Want your account and data deleted? Contact the admin and we'll delete them.

Cookies and browser storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in (up to 30 days), and your browser's local storage holds your settings and a copy of your notes. hCaptcha may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion through "Contact the admin".

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
